The following section is specific to Fourthwall products that are made-to-order.

 

PLEASE NOTE: Because our products are made to order, we do not accept general returns or sizing-related returns.

 

CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please use the link provided in your confirmation email. Via this link, you can edit your order at any time before it goes into production.

 

Once your order has gone into production, you may be eligible for a replacement/resolution depending on the issue. However, if you have already received your order, please address any quality issues within 30 days of receiving the items.

 

DAMAGED/QUALITY ISSUES

We want to ensure our products meet your satisfaction. If there are any print errors or noticeable quality issues, depending on your preference, we can replace it or refund your order. For quality-related issues, please include a photo demonstrating the misprinted or damaged area of the item. Please make sure pictures are taken on a flat surface, with the tag and defect clearly displayed. This will aid us in providing the quickest resolution to your issue.

 

REFUNDS POLICY

PayPal: Any refunds processed will show back up in your Paypal account balance within 1 to 3 business days.

 

Credit Card: Any refunds processed via your credit/debit card will show back up in your bank account within 10 to 14 business days depending on your bank.

 

Will I have to pay any additional taxes on my order if I’m located outside of the US?

International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and other customs charges. Charges vary by country, and currently we are unable to calculate them in advance. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies, please contact your local customs office. If such a fee is imposed on your package, the customer is solely responsible for its payment.
